Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Caspian Oil & Gas continues to be the largest and best-attended oil and gas event in the Azerbaijan and the Caspian region. The event is held annually under the patronage of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, HE Ilham Aliyev and is officially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan and SOCAR.

Natig Aliyev, Minister of Industry and Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, states: "Caspian Oil & Gas is the most significant event in the region. Every year, we attend this specialised event and invite our partners - those who we had initiated the oil strategy with, those who continue implementing and developing it today, and those who hope to take part in regional and transcontinental projects which Azerbaijan is going to carry out in the future".
